Journal Entry 2 Part 2

For today, I will be explaining the two most significant difference between the past and the present. My opinion is that when I think about the past and present, I thought about horses to cars because back then people have to ride in horses as a mean for transportation until Henry Ford came up with the idea about building an automobile that makes transportation a lot easier. "Progress", when you here that word, what do you think about when it comes progress. The word has many definitions but the one common definition for the word is that it's the process of moving forward and advancing to your destination and humans are doing, we progress further to our future.

The picture above shows the sticky notes of the Past, Present and Future in order while the word "Progress" represents the those three words. the reason I pick this picture for my journal entry because it basically shows the evolution of how we were able to grow and flourish. For Example, babies become kids that already learn to walk or talk, then they become teenagers who are questioning themselves on who they are and last adults who is able to learn about the world in the real way and looking for a career that benefits them physically and mentally. It makes sense because us humans grow to learn new things and strive to be better person. For Example, Thomas Edison created the light bulb through research and Eli Whitney created the cotton gin to make getting cotton easier. Anything can be possible through dedication to one's goal without it we wouldn't even be here today or with use any of these life changing items.
